In medieval Europe, trained physicians were rare. In Medico, you take on the role of a traveling barber who dreams of becoming a Medicus. Travel from city to city, collect rare remedies, deliver letters for the Church, discover healing recipes, and acquire medical instruments. Train your apprentices, heal influential figures, and perhaps even receive guidance from the famous Medicus himself! Gameplay: Each round, you secretly choose one of seven locations to visit. Perform a main action at your destination and take advantage of additional actions along the way by planning your route wisely. With only eight or nine rounds, depending on the number of players, every decision matters. At the end of the game, the player with the most points from recipe books, instruments, apprentices, and other achievements proves worthy of the title of Medicus.
